  I don't know if I am the only one noticing this! Most of the text messages I have sent on MTN for a week or more have not been delivered, yet MTN deducts money. Now these are vital text messages, so I have had to resort to Whatsapp after losing money! Multiply my case across tens of millions of subscribers, and they can pay that fine with SMS money stolen from subscribers!! ANYONE IN NCC NOTING??! |
