SAY NO TO ABUSE OF POWER

EMMANUEL DANIEL NOAH, a DPA member was on his way from Lagos to Calabar, when he was arrested and whisked away along Ijebu Ode/ Benin Road yesterday after his tyres where shot by police elements of the SARS at Ogun State and taken to Ita-Oro police station,Ogun state.

Police claim he bought a vehicle purportedly reported stolen. Despite his evidence of receipts of purchase from Berger Lagos, SARS police are demanding for 500k or he will be executed by 2pm today.
DPA tried to intervene and press for his release or arraignment in court. But citizen Emmanuel Daniel Noah appears to have been summarily tried and sentenced to death by SARS Ogun state without a court trial.
