I was thinking that with the passage of the zillion budget, by now every street in naija would have been busy with Mega construction projects. All we heard then was 'wait for the budget of change to be passed'. The excuse was*budget has not been passed*. The year is almost ending. Please prove to us all how this 8 Zillion budget is better than the other ones. Sooo much noise was made about it. It seems to be the worst! No excuses please(NDA bla bla bla) |
