2016/2017 AUCHI POLY HND FORM IS FINALLY OUT!!!!

This is to inform the general public that the 2016/2017 HND form is finally out (#13,750). I went to the School Academics office to confirm the sales of the form , and I was told that the School has finally advertised the sales of the form on today's Guardian news paper page 51. Attached is a snapped copy of the advert on the news paper.

(1) TWO PASSPORTS
(2) S.S.C.E RESULT (ONLINE PRINT OUT/ ORIGINAL)
(3) JAMB RESULT(OPTIONAL)
(4) ND RESULT
(5) APPLICANT MUST HAVE ND RESULT FROM AUCHI POLY OR ANY OTHER STATE/ FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC
(6) APPLICANT MUST HAVE COMPLETED HIS/HER ONE YEAR I.T
(7) APPLICANT WITH PASS (2.0 TO 2.49 GPA) MUST STAY AT HOME FOR TWO YEARS BEFORE HE/SHE CAN APPLY FOR HND

PLEASE ENSURE THAT BANKS HAVE STARTED SELLING THE FORM BEFORE TRAVELING DOWN TO AUCHI TO PURCHASE THE FORM.
