The only way to get that photo as it is, is to have the camera's lens submerged half way into the water.

This can only be achieved with a water resistant camera with a large lens.

I think the picture is edited though.

exactly.but the picture is not edited.just a picture taken with a very good water resistant camera that is half submerged in water
