Why didn't they hand the arm robber to the appropriate authority? We as Africans have to stop this backward and barbaric act of taking laws into our hands. If it were in a sane society that something like this happened; the 'arm robber' can sue the demented villagers for every penny they have.

Just because he is an arm robber{which is entirely bad} doesn't mean he doesn't have rights
