Time for everyone to be arrested

The should start the war at the villa,there are many wastages going on there.

When are they recruiting, so that the jobless wailers here can get engaged with meaningful assignments.

There are agencies in place, the NPF, for example that can handle issues of indiscipline et al.

The Police Workforce should be empowered and sufficiently motivated, if possible, new recruits within already existing institutions, or Joint task forces.

There is no need for this WAI, it's not like they left good antecedents in the 1980's, so why repeat such archaic model?
