Hello AderibigbeAAA, for the problem you can try to re-download the apps from playstore and try other versions. You can try to set default memory in following way:Settings-storage and memory-Default write disk.
If the problem persists, you can try to take your phone to our Carlcare Service Center and ask our technicians there to check for you. Thank you!
