I bought the infinix hot4 from konga although I used it heavily(using heavy applications) for 6hrs+ that same day I bought it, after the sometime it hanged and immediately switched off. when i tried to switch it on it started blinking from infinix > xios chameleon. I returned it to konga expecting a replacement but after 2wks of pressurizing them (konga), they returned my money. I don't think I'll be buying the phone anymore.

i guess luck was not just on your side, v bin using mine for good 3months, no issues I mean not a single issue.

pls guys MA fone fell into a pool of water yesterday everything seems to b working fine when I brought it out and dried it Bt now the fone can't seem to charge and d battery level do not reduce (ie the level have been on 68% since d incident happened) what should I do?

Hello AderibigbeAAA, for the problem you can try to re-download the apps from playstore and try other versions. You can try to set default memory in following way:Settings-storage and memory-Default write disk.

The phone is owk the only problem is that you can't connect it to a flat screen via USB

Please am experiencing battery problems on my infinix hot 4. Have noticed any time I charge it to like 98% . the battery drops very quickly to like 90 % in 2 minutes.even without not putting on my network and d brighteness to the lowest. I just go the phone on jumia 3 weeks ago.what can I do
