The Corps Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Mr. Boboye Oyeyemi, on Wednesday said that enforcement of the speed limiters on commercial vehicles operating in the country will commence on 1st October . This was contained in a statement signed by Mr. Bisi Kazeem, the Commission's Head of Media and Strategy, after a wide consultation at an all stakeholders meeting in Abuja.
