Nope you can't in any bank here in my Nigeria..

Someone can pay for you outside Nigeria via WU but you need to fill the coupon payment and generate Coupon confirmation code for the payment and that is what the person will use to make payment for you

Fill your Nysc PPA for work experience, fill your both you University and O level degree under education and as for training fill any professional training you had if possible the one related to your degree

Looking at doing a masters degree in Business Administration(Msc) or Doctorate Degree (PHD) in Entrepreneurship. Sorry my feedback is generic and not specific in this case
Firstly Entrepreneurship gives you the idea about starting and running business which is great if u have power for ownership however i am not sure why u would want a phd in that.... there are programs like that sure but i struggle to see d value

Secondly for MBA Which is master in business admin is one of those degreee that most time cheap and then good will hardly go together. .. instead maybe find a standard program and see if it gives GA at second year or after a semester which might help . ...because if its a cheap MBA then finding a job after it is usually difficult because MBA all about network and recruitment power of the school
