The Ijaw National Congress (INC) has declared its readiness to stop militancy in the region within 30 days if the Federal Government is sincerely concern for peace to reign.

Speaking yesterday in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, the National President of the congress, Chief Charles Harry said the area had lost enough youths owing to the use of military force in the Niger Delta.
