The Executive Governor of Kwara State, Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed, on Thursday carried out the "Ground breaking" ceremony for Harmony Hub in Wuye, Abuja.

Harmony Hub is an investment initiative of the Kwara State Government managed by Harmony Holdings Ltd. Sitting on a land mass of 3098 square meters, the building is expected to house about 48 Office spaces which are presently being sold to investors in various fields of business at 17.1 Million Naira per 60 square Metres.
This is investment is proposed to offer diversified and pleasurable experience in commercial accommodation.

Laying the foundation for Harmony HUB in Wuye, Abuja, Governor Ahmed said: “This is in line with our desire to define resourcefulness which is the direction which states are expected to go these days in trying to help development and growth.

“And I am happy Harmony Holdings has taken this. It has not only broken this in Ilorin, but by creating something similar. But again, we need to demonstrate to the whole world that we have taken the right direction and also capable of driving this business not only in Kwara State, but in Nigeria at large.

“You will recall that part of what we put in place as a prospect of driving the state forward is by looking inward. We tapped into assets that had not been fully utilized, those that had been wasting.

“We sought to allow these assets to be driven under the Harmony Holdings Limited Company, which indeed is trying to translate these assets to revenue-generating platforms.”

The ceremony was attended by HRH. Prof. Alidu Abubakar, the Emir of Ilesha Baruba, the Executives of Harmony Holdings, Harmony Investment and Property Development Company, Harmony Security Ltd and a host of others.
