9years awaiting trial? Jailbreak is inevitable in that situation. Poor Judicial System! No proper rehabilitation. Our prisons have been producing hardened criminals since 1900. Nigeria prisoners hardly come out of the prisons reformed. God have mercy!!!

Wat if he is eventually convicted and adjudged to stay 5 years. Wat would happen? ...would it be to deduct 5 from 9 and compensate him for an undue extended period of 4 years Or he would be asked to start afresh, his jail term. Which would automatically summed up to staying 14 years in prison!!!
