"Our Money" should be recovered responsibly and humanely as possible.

They should carefully bear in mind the possible 'spinoff' collateral damages like massive job losses, further damages to our local economy, investor scares etc that could ensue the debt recovery process is subjected to the same hypocrital political "hullabaloo" enshrouding EFCC's anti-kworruption fight.

Mai fisca masara!. i hear you.. Responsibly and Humanely as possible when these ba@#4tards have acted as Irresponsibly and as inhumane as no other. Another Nigerian who turns the other cheek while the destinies of his future generations are stolen and taken away.. continue bruv

If you cant mention their names they its more honorable to shut up, rather than express your helplessness and ineptitude
WHY SHOULD THEY MENTION THEIR NAMES WHEN IT WAS NOTED THAT THEY ARE ON THE HABIT OF USING THE COURTS TO SHIELD THEM FROM HARM. THE COURTS HAVE NOT YET CERTIFIED THEM CRIMINALS YET.

MENTIONING OF NAMES OF THIEVES, ARMED ROBBERS, MURDERERS ON THE MEDIA WHEN THE COURT DECIDED NOT TO RECOGNIZE THEM AS SUCH WILL PUT THE GOVERNMENT IN BIGGER TROUBLE COS THEY THEY MIGHT BE SUED

As they are big boys, armed robbers cannot go to them to ask for their own share.

Are your 'big boys' exempt from the Law of the Land? Aren't there agreements to repay these Economy-wrecking Loans? Let us not be throttled again in this journey to realism and transparency. Warn these guys the People might collect on behalf of the jittery Government you are acting in its stead. By the way who are these outlaws?
good talk.
make we know them, so we can attack them and shame them.

Govt should please tamper justice with mercy... they should remember the Lord's prayers 'and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors'

some of the people we call billionaires in Nigeria are just fake. if most of them PAID off their debt, their wealth will crash. most of them are not worth being envied at all, I rather have a couple of millions living a debt free life than be worth billions of naira but can't sleep peacefully because of the debt hanging on my neck.
this was why jimoh Ibrahim laughed when dangotes name appeared on forbes list in 2007, he laughed at the publication saying Nigerian billionaires like aliko or femi otedola owed huge debt and in the real sense were not fit to be called billionaires. in case you missed the story here is the link : www.nairaland.com/69175/buhahahaha-jimoh-refutes-dangote-bilionaire

1. You can't throw names around like that, when the cases are still in court.

2. Not all debtors are in the black book, the N1trillion "debtor boys", are the ones not servicing their loans.

3. Our laws need amendment/better enforcement.

This is not possible under Gen. Muhammadu Buhari administration.
AMCON people are just liars.
How come EFCC has not arrested these people if what AMCON is saying is true?
Who are 10 big boys against a retired General and former military dictator cum ruler?
They should stop telling us lies joooorrrrrr.

Loan recovery and loot recovery is what we hear everyday. Is loan, and loot recovery supposed to be the government's main source of income? apart from these the only other thing they hope on a tax increase. this government is a big joke

In other countries if companies are indebted they file for bankruptcy. But in Nigeria they name and shame them, so if dangote is on the list and his companies go under shouldn't the country assist him since we are waiting for his refinery. I no know for nigeria again oh. What will they gain for shaming employers of labour, instead of assisting them. We mumu oh

If u really need ur money, then u'd do well to mention d names of these 'big-boyz' on d pages of a newspaper.....cz SHAME z a great MOTIVATOR for d payment of debts!!
right on point. If the names of the debtors are mention, then people will humiliate them by themselves, and shame if possible will make them wanted to pay back the debt. There's shouldn't be any room for cover up for individuals that is destroying our economy I think. lipsrsealed

Reading through this, I saw but one critical info: reason why Baba is demanding emergency rule over the economy.

The courts seem to have become a snag in our road to speedy economic recovery.
