I'm sorry but I have to tell you,that puppy is a dwarf..its way too old facially and it's forelimbs are way too short to support its mature body ,also it's coat is too mature to..I've seen firsthand a few pups that looks exactly like that, always have old and nature faces with super short chicken legs ,always have spine issues and they don't move properly and will never grow tobany reasonable height.

The condition is called pituitary dwarfism. Common in German shepherds and also affects alot of ovcharkas in nigeria ..they usually have seriously large heads ,stout bodies and huge super short weak laws..most buyers buy them cos they think the puppies are gonna be massive ..pictures below
