According to an aid to Obiano these bridges are still work in progress. The beautification hasn't really started. The bridge walls will be covered with another layer of some kind of cement.

In other news,Obiano to give out loans to Anambra people to start raising EFI IGBO,a specie of a cow indigenous to Anambra.

that road is a federal road. it's on record that obiano is championing our govt at the federal level to let a Chinese firm build and tax it along with the 2nd Niger bridge
