Why can't Buhari laugh? Is he not laughing at foolish Nigerians who voted a barely literate Buhari who must be in his late 70s or early 80s as president of Nigeria in the 21st century.
Buhari or someone worse than Buhari must continue to lead Nigeria after 2019, because Nigeria's political structure rigged by soldiers of northern extraction to favour north shall enable the Buharis dictate who leads Nigeria.

Laugh Buhari Laugh. Sophisticated Nigerians voted in 2015 to return Nigeria back to the retired and serving military class led by northern Nigeria.

As HoS between 1983 to 1985, Buhari could not travel abroad to mingle with other world leaders. Because rest of the world did not reckon with Nigeria's military dictators.
Buhari must have watched then with envy as other world leaders mingled on international gatherings.

Then, suddenly in 2015, Nigerians gave Buhari an opportunity to become elected president. And Zaaam up in the air, Buhari became Ajala travel all over the world since becoming president.
Even if Nigerians are kicking the bucket, Buhari could not ignore any opportunity to travel abroad to rub shoulders with other world leaders.
