plz guyz, I nid ur EPP!

I am creating a demo Jamb CBT practice site with php (for personal improvement);

this is how I want the practice page to look

NB: I have already done the database job with questions in it already.

I can also request the question and store in an assoc_array and display the questions in the format above.

Now the problem is:

1. if you look at the pix above you'll see the subjects listed on the buttons above the questions (if u click on the other subject, the questions under the subjects will show)...

Haba una undastand how Jamb CBT Work na!!

So I want someone to help tell me(Not necessarily a code but steps/algorithm on doing it) on how I can go on making the button with the subject on it, show the questions on the subject from the questions requested and stored in the assoc_array().

here is the query used for selecting the question.

"SELECT * FROM 'tablename' WHERE subject_name = '$subject1' LIMIT 45"
//The query is replicated four times and the '$subject1' increased to '$subject4' through the four queries.

//and I stored them in individual arrays

//That is where I became stock.

Pls I really nid ur Help

I dont really understand what you mean, but i think you can just use a selection box which its options will contain the subjects, and put a button right beside it which you'll use to trigger a query according to question selected in the selection box/dropdown box.
Please, i also want to design a cbt app in JAVA, but i dont know where to get these Jamb past questions, can you tellme the method you used Or maybe give me if you already have em' in your database. THANKS.

Use an event listener to listen for click event on the subject then send an AJAX request to your server and update the div/section with the question.
