Mass Termination Of Employment In Jaiz Bank Plc. 30 Staff Laid Off Without Pay by Nobody: 3:06pm On Aug 28, 2016
The management of Jaiz Bank PLC( the full fledged islamic bank) has on the 23rd August summarily terminated the employment of more than 30 of it staff across the country. The mass sack has generally been termed ill advised, selective and evidently vindictive. Staff that have performed excellently but has no god fathers were majorly targeted.

The sack exercise was orchestrated by one Hadiza Bala the Head of HCMD with the approval of the new MD Mallam Hassan Usman and other management team of the bank, as a show of brute force and in their aim at punishing staff they perceived as being vocal or who stood their ground in ensuring that due process are observed in the bank. To perpetuate their evil desires, some of the staff that were made to face kangaroo disciplinary committee based on fabricated charges, others had their files tampered with(by removing vital documents) and others had their appraisals done maliciously.

Most of the 30 staff consist of the few Christians employed(earlier to deceive the public, that the bank is an open and accommodating bank for all religion and tribes) and those that are performing their job functions in accordance with the bank's policies and all banking laws and also staff that do not compromised in the discharge of their job responsibilities such as not collecting or not allowing the collection of gratifications from customers, before availing facilities or vendors before giving them briefs and contracts.

It is high time for the CBN and Minister of Labour and Productivity to wade in on behalf of the affected staff and in order to stop the highhandedness, wickeness and injustices and slavery thriving in Jaiz Bank.

If the staff affected voted for this change, then they should carry their cross quietly. We are fighting corruption. They are corrupt.

Why would any sane Christian even take up appointment in an Islamic institution and not expect to be treated like an infidel, outcast and an unbeliever.

Yet, their call it religion of Peace.
In their heart is hatred and evil.
I don't blame the Christians that took up the appointment, I blame the conditions of things in this faded nation,
CBN,Buhari and his one sided anti-graft agencies won't hear or see this.

I will advice every one not always put religious sentiment in all issues. There had been so many mass retrenchment recently across the country by big organization. The case of First Bank is still fresh. Huawei and others are not left out. No body mention religion. If it happened with Jaiz Bank, why can't you see it as the situation of the economy. Why must you attack religion all the time.

My humble submission, please, we all need to be part of peace where we find ourselves and not contributing to war or insinuating war. Every one of us has had many experience with different people, we can't always based every judgement on religious sentiment.

Thanks

Islam is an evil religion that must be avoided like plague. I would rather worship in an African Traditional Religion than listen to what these wicked people preach.

You used to be more sensible than this

What happened to you?

Is it only Jaiz bank that has been laying off workers?

Am a Christian but Jesus Christ was never biased or filled with hatred when contributing into issues.

For once, I am disappointed in you
