I still remember the words of Murtala Nyako, the impeached governor of Adamawa State: "...the equation of Nigeria is now balanced as average Fulani boy has known how to assemble and use AK47".
Is it any wonder that in the face of the herdsmen attacks on innocent Nigerians the north and their leaders are saying or doing nothing to stop it just as they did during the Boko Haram time. They celebrated them until the tide started turning against them. Buhari campaigned using elimination of Boko Haram and the people allowed him in. Few months on, he told Nigerians that Boko Haram has been crushed, while the Fulani herdsmen wreck havoc southwards. Over 5000 people are today enjoying free meals, free medical care, free everything in the guise of repentant Boko Haram members in different government designated camps.
Few months on, the same Buhari is entering into an agreement with the "crushed" Boko Haram members to swap their prisoners as an option for releasing the purported " Chibok girls". Who is fooling who?
No wonder this government is bent on silencing opposition. Now, it is the turn of the press. They are being molested, arrested and jailed while the world watch
No body should complain or criticize Buhari government even when it continues to speak through both sides of its mouth!
Some of the Christians in Nigeria who supported Buhari's government at the beginning are now understanding that the real reason of his taking power is to truly islamise them!
The Buhari kind of change is here... enjoy!

If he is a Herdsman then where are his Herds?, if he can handle rifle just the way you explain then the guy is Probably a cult member, herdsmen that i know of don't carry gun around this guy is probably a terrorist of some sort but again he claims to come from Nasarawa, the Nasarawa that i know don't have Fulani except those ones who come around seasonally to feed their Cattles.
Please investigate him very well before you feed the public false information.

Useless logic!

all this thrash u type is just to tell us that his innocent right?even if fulani people killed all people in benue u will still say they not fulaani but libyan fulani
No sir that's not what i meant in fact the guy is surely guilty for possession of arms and ammunition there are Fulani people that are dangerous just like what you will find in other tribes i just want us to trade with caution. Am not a Fulani person but i sure as hell won't allow the action of some people to generalize crime to an entire language. Let's be modest and treat criminals based on their crimes rather than stereotyping on others.

This guy must not be realize until a proper investigation is done as to where he get the gun, members of his gang and where they hind their ammunitions. If all these is not properly checkmate, this community (Afa Udi) will soon experience attack worse than the other communities in Enugu

Thanks too, but if the people were senseless, they would not have laid siege on him till the police arrived.
If you had read the storry it gave a graphic details of how the community members spotted him and then blocked his free movement with his cattle till they brought in the police. He spotting the police started to shoot in the air to evade arrest.
The people could have killed him without the police coming to help!

Thank you for pointing to this common mistake, which often results due ignorance and in many cases clear cut bigotry, and quite sadly being largely propagated by the southern press - which should know better.
It still baffles me how a so called educated person would continue to make the mistake of assuming a northerner as automatically Hausa and Muslim or likewise a herdsman as Fulani.
I wonder how some of them would feel if e.g. a kidnappers or drug pushers are automatically assumed to be Igbos - forgetting that crime cuts across every tribe, religion and community.

Unfortunately that's the norm now due to the high level of social intolerance in the society.

By the time they finish 'body-work' on him he will confess.
they better kill him before he will be sent to abuja for further interrogation and the next tin u will see him at enugu with more sophiscated rifle
