Uhmm... when Jona said producing African richest man was one of his Achievements thanks to his policies people called him dull, and the same man has lost 35% of his net worth already due to bad policies. Then I guess it is an achievement after all.

other manifactuers are now allowed into the market, on like on Dangote salt, Dangote spagatti, Dangote sugar all over the market, all others were ban, or discuraged with high duty cost, and he was even granted tax holiday too, on like smaller coys.

The truth of the matter is that Alhaji Dangote has always been over rated, the monopoly he enjoys during the last govt of Jona is no longer so any longer, there is competition now in the market, free entry and exit.

Pls stop reasoning like a spoon fed child.

You don't know what you are praying for. When you lose your job or your business crumble, when you can't pay your children'school fee, when you can't feed them or cloth them, when you can't even pay your utility bills you will pray it gets better even if na your enemy be president.

He should have hedged his wealth in more investments internationally than locally knowing the volatility of the local currency and market. He's just being patriotic shaa

He should have pushed for a pro-business presidential candidate instead of a man who had/has no clue, especially when it comes to economics.

This should be a lesson to everyone who thinks they can sit on the side line and watch as incompetent people take power and run everything into the ground.

What has he done for Nigeria with his wealth since??

He cannot do anything for Nigeria... But I believe his investment employed so many Nigerians...

With that they were able to put food on the table and look after their loved ones....Don't u think that was enough?

For ur info, it was in GEJ's tenure that Dangote had more competition if we were to look at it. The introduction of honeywell and the others.

bro Dangote was a "King" in the market, a neigbour of mine who own a small manfacturing plant for sugar, was furstrated out of the market, due to govt policies @ as den, wat about importation, Dangote and his monopoly made the govt to ban most imported and cheap commodities frm Italy, like Tin tomatoes, Italian Pasta etc, he was the sole producer in the market place, ask large scale dealers in the mkt.

and you need to keep quiet because you are ignorant. yes all billionaires have speculative money. nobody has real solid liquid assets or cash that runs into billions. its shares in a company that is counted not real money. nobody loses 5.4 billion of real money in a year. the value of his shares depreciated
