I believe we need individual security training on how to keep ourselves and our neighborhood safe.

Maybe employ cameras on street. Use of whistles. Security gate. Flood lights. Guard dogs. Create obstacles on routes to delay escape.

I know this cannot withstand heavy artillery but would reduce insecurity.
Places that pay security dues and do this tend to be relatively safer.

I'm just saying we need to come together to guarantee our own safety.
