Please i have a samsung galaxy grand that when plugged to a light source instead of charging it discharges but will still show icon of charging i have changed both charger and battery and the problem still persists please i need help sharp sharp |

Use the charger to charge any phone if it will charge correctly,I'm suspecting the charger.Also use a USB cable to charge it with PC and see if it will charge correctly. I don't think the phone has any fault, charging port developing fault is very rare. |
