Truth is that Rivers State isn't safe; investment and residing wise. This is why I keep saying that Akwa Ibom State is the next big thing. The safest state in the East of the Niger. How many times have you heard anything about kidnapping of oil workers in the state? Julius Berger knows it, which is why they have their South South base in Uyo and not Port-harcourt (operations, residential and commercial).

Udom should advertise this advantage to investors.
