If a country with 0.5% population growth rate in Europe grows at this rate, its fine but at Nigeria's stage less than 5% can't be called Good, less than 4% can be disastrous. That is Nairobi's Kibera - You can actually count slums from non-slums. Try to do that in Lagos or any random Nigeria city or Kinshasa or Dar slums.
