Nice try.
Maybe by spewing lies will one day make your country achieve Nairobi of 1980 as vision 2050 beyond aid campaign.
And mind you boy, a good section of karen, kileleshwa, kitisuru, rongai e. t.c are also classified as rural area and the posh homes there will take your underdeveloped dwarffy Country 20years to have such surburbs grin
I don't have to type more for such underdeveloped country. Just see the screenshot below.
While 40% of ghanians own their homes, 61% of kenyans owns theirs grin
That percentage should be for people leaving in Rural areas.

For argument sake 1dollar is 100 Kshs. Unless you're interested in nitpicking and cherrypicking like Obaboon. As you can see Kenya is spending 5-6B dollars on infrastructure. Ghana had to sell Bauxite to get 2B dollars. Your economy cannot generate taxes. It's informal. Based on informal squalor. Remove mineral taxes and royalties...and it's dead as dodo.

Kenya roads that are paved - excluded county roads. These roads are 21,000kms. Those are highways (KENHA), rural roads (KERRA) and urban roads (KURA). Now if you go to say Nairobi - Nairobi County has their own roads that are paved - maybe 7,000 in Nairobi alone. These don't count because the roads are not under any authority to collate the figures. Each of the 47 counties have their own county roads. And this exclude roads in estates and access roads - where developer has to pave them - on their own.

Ghana has offered China 19 billion dollars of Processed Aluminium for 15 years for 19 billion dollars in loans and China will make the payment in the immediate.

That is a huge win for our integrated Aluminium industry.

Ghana infrastructure development fund was 5 billion dollars for 2020 for 30 million people.

You country is twice the size of Ghana and almost twice the population and your infrastructure money is just 4 billion dollars

funny cheesy

Where is some budget data to support 5B dollars infrastructure spend.
Unless you budgeted the 2B from China this year.

Pick Ghana budget up and read

It is available online

Weve already used 2 billion as counterpart funding for our 9.5 billion dollars of railway infrastructure development currently ongoing.
Weve used 2 billion dollars on road development and 1 billion dollars for the completion of numerous hospital projects.

You're banana republic engaging in barter trade with China. Gov will pay it's debt by taxing Kenyans. That simple. We don't need IMF to come bail out like you.

LACK OF MONEY
Economy in shambles because we're living way beyond our means
We are like the proverbial ostrich that buries its head in the sand to hide from the looming danger.
In Summary
• We currently have literally a zero budget for development expenditure.

• It means that any road, water, electricity, school, or market project that you see being put up is financed by borrowed money.

The bolded is Kenya's problem. The little Indians are living above their means, trying to catch up with Nigeria, South Africa and Ghana. grin
There's nothing in their economy to support their debts and expenditure. That's why the people live in slums and look like skeletons.

Your country should be using 10 billion dollars on infrastructure yearly for you to catch up to Ghana.
Epecially considering your country size and population.

So why are you guys spending 1 billion dollars lesser than Ghana?
