Farm Manager need for an agric business in Ogun State

A farm manager is urgently needed in a pig farm in Ogun State. The required candidate must be focused with strong leadership and management skills, he must be able to work with little or supervision and must be able to deliver results on time and on schedule. Must possess keen interest in agriculture and farm management.

*Feed management and formulation
*Trainning , orientation and reorientation of staff
*Monitoring and maintaining animals Heath and welfare
*Applying health and safety standards across
*the farm estate.
*Hiring of staff
*Keeping financial records
*Knowledge of food production.
*Ability to work under pressure.
*Supervisory skills and management ability.
* Mathematical or accounting knowledge
*Ability to drive with a valid drivers license
*Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others
*Marketing skills.
*Very Negotiation skills.
*Genuine commitment to farming.
*IT skills.
*Good technical knowledge.

Previous experience, Veterinary experience or agric related course is an added advantage

Experience and qualifications
A minimum of OND holder. Degree in relevant courses is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Good communication skills.
Good organization and planning.
