Are you in Benin? There is a job opening for an Executive Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director of an Indigenous Construction Firm in M/M Way Benin City. The Company also has in its management a Quarry located at Otu-Costain, Ore.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Great organisation and interpersonal skills are an obvious must-have for this role. Can't organise yourself? Then you might struggle when you're put in charge of someone else's life too. We are also looking for individuals with;
Polished communications skills – both verbal and written
Multi-tasking skills
The ability to prioritise tasks and delegate when necessary
Great planning skills
Accurate reporting skills (get that wrong and you could be in trouble)
Above all, personal assistants need to be well-organised, capable of turning their hand to a variety of tasks and unflappable, no matter how stressed your boss is getting.
Also, it's not a job for someone that isn't interested in their company or even their co-workers names, as you’ll need to have a thorough knowledge of the business to do your job effectively.
QUALIFICATION:
Applicants must have HND/BSc in a relevant discipline from a reputable institution.
Entry level.
Applicants with similar working experience stand a better chance to be absorbed.
