I don't know but in my own opinion i think
the minister of information and communication
(dr akunyili) should sue all this network providers
to court. why will they advertise that their network
is extra ordinary fast and at the end of the day it will
take the network hours to open a single page.
please has anyone use etisalat browsing netowrk here
in Lagos and is it that fast. please i need someone who
have used it to recommend it for me.
I have glo modem, mtn 3g and zain modem also. But non is reliable.

I will appreciate any useful information

Yes, its ok I browse on Edge on my n95 8gb and the speed is superb! Its difficult to say if Glo 3G or Etisalat Edge which is faster but on PC of cause Glo on 3G has upper hand.

On a serious note I will rather go for Etisalat Edge usb modem than blood sucking MTN 3.5G usb modem, look in other threads and see how pple are calling MTN names grin.

If I should Rate them, here is how I will.

1st GLO 3G its the BOMB!
2nd Etisalat even on Edge its by far better than Zain( depending on your location)
3rd MTN 3G ( I would have placed MTN second but poor customer service etc I heard that even there is no service for like 2-3days even a wk MTN will not refund the days or refund a kobo back.)
and Last Zain but I heard Zain is catching up with MTN.

But Trust me give Etisalat till next year I promise you, they will trash MTN and will be head on head with GLO I cant wait to see this battle between the two telecoms grin.

Zain is nothing much to talk about except for there 3G service which is good but still have flaws, dont get me wrong they are all ok but when you talk about customer friendly and Value for your money I will rather go for Glo and Etisalat any day. cool

Well as people have rightly said it depend on the area you leave I have use etisalat, glo, mtn and of course zain but if I am to be sincere I prefer glo and etisalat course of it speed I have use it with freedom and it works fine so check your location.
