thanks, this style is called oil painting and caricature to those pictures with big head. Making oil painting requires a smudging tool, a brush and artistic gallery, rebust paint to be precised. After filter through paint then you start smudging along the line by increasing and decreasing the opacity to give perfect shape without much distortion. I hope you understand.
