Now i can use my data for other things and at the same time watch quality tv.

I will start subcribing to dstv again when they start offering internet services like other sane cable networks.

Using websites will consume far less data compared to 1.2gb per match. I have personally used different platforms to stream (including Ace Stream PC software which is one of the most popular). I eventually settled for using websites like mine (www.kwallon.com). It will help you consume less data.
