The event that led to the tragic incident started about two months ago when the man had a dispute with his wife,which led to her packing away from their matrimonial home in emebiren street,warri delta state.
But some how,the parents of both couple intervened in the dispute and the couple settled. According to the information,two weeks later the wife fell sick and went to her mother's house when the sickness was becoming unbearable.
The woman confessed to her mother of sleeping with her ex while the dispute between her and her husband lasted,so the mother advice that she confess to her husband.
When she finally did,her husband persuaded that she took him to her ex's house at okotie street,okumagba layout warri,delta state,on getting there the man stabbed his wife's ex to death and took to his heels while the woman is cooling off in police cell
