Nigeria would have to wait for the core north to catch up for it to move forward.

The south have ruled the nation for over 14 years since the return of democracy and the southerners have had more economic success mostly due to free market opportunities, share determination and a reduction of nepotism in the economic arena. During the period we've seen the music industry, comedy/movies industry, the banking sector, telecommunications/ ICT, and even the oil and gas services industry booming and leading to the rise in the nations GDP with most of the activities happening in the south thus creating more middle class and young millionaires down south.

Now that we've a core northern president, Nigeria should endure a slow motion until the north and south are even.

Priorities have already been given to agriculture in the north west, exploration of crude oil in the north east and grazing rights for the nomadic Cattle rearer all over Nigeria, also core northerners have to be placed as MDs of any upcoming or newly bailed out bank, and leadership positions in other top sectors.

So my fellow Nigerians let's be patient as we might reach the promise land in the year 2100.

God bless Nigeria
