He listed the affected local government councils given the bailout as Agaie, Bida, Bosso, Gbako, Gurara, Katcha, Lapai, Lavun , Chanchaga, Paikoro, Shiroro , and Suleja.
Vatsa said the present administration in the state was responsive to and responsible for the welfare of the people in the state and that the state government would continue to make sure that local government administration worked in the state.

He stated that Governor Abubakar Sani Bello treated issues affecting local governments in the state with great concern because local councils were closest to the majority of the populace who needed government attention most.
