Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest. Also called major depressive disorder or clinical depression, it affects how you feel, think and behave and can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems. well here are a few self thought ways to get out of that your depressed situation.


Move away from your present Environment for sometime
Travelling has been proven to be a way out of depression. Staying in the same environment where you see the same thing,people,scenarios everyday will tend to make you more depressed, but moving around and travelling to see new things, socializing with new people and seeing new ways things are done opens your mind and eventually takes your mind off the depressed state your mind

Read a Book
A book on its own is another world which one can explore, A good book could be all that is needed to lift your mind out of that your depressed situation either through inspirations derived from it, been motivated off reading of other people’s story etc.

Talk to whatever being you belief in
There is a saying that whatever you believe in will save you. Take a moment of that your sad moment to talk to whatever supernatural being you believe in and am sure there is always going to be a super natural solution will arise which will take you out of that your ‘Low’ Moment.

Time to reflect on your life
As bad has been depressed could be, it is also that particular moment you are been true to yourself the most, Cease the opportunity of that your depressed moment to reflect on your life and figure out corrective measures you need to take that will make you a better person

Do not stay idle
The idle hand is the devil’s workshop. One of the very bad things about depressions is it could push you to the point of contemplating suicide. Keeping yourself busy and occupied is a sure way to get rid of your depressed state of mind as it keeps your mind busy and doesn’t make you think of your depressed state.
