Good idea. but we need to have all the basics . What actually happened ? type of Internet e.g. IE 6, 7, 8 or Firefox etc. when was it last working? What security software do you use ? and most important does it play youtube videos ?

@ collins i tink u r rite cos a pop up always says i should install additional plug in's
@ deji i use mozilla firefox, kaspersky anti virus and cant watch you tube videos either, cant play any internet videos

the problem is still persisting even after i downloaded and installed adobe flash player. i will follow jayprof's link and get back 2 u guys. thank u guys.

That very strange.I expected it to play videos after flash installation. I think this is to do with User error. There something you aint doing right

Ok try checking programmes in control panel to see if another verison of flash is installed most likely it is. if that the case then is a known issues

all you need to do is get rid of the previou installation and install the new one follow this. whether is install or not still do this after that then try
