clearly most of what you posited can only happen if you are the one dispensing for yourself, as it's the case in most developed nations, but in Nigeria were you have CROOKS as petrol attendant, we may as well forget it. 1 Like |

RichDad1: That's because fuel attendants have targets to meet. Else why will they jostle for customers when they've got to collect the equivalent of fuel sold to the customer. With the economic turmoil, they hail and serve you well so they can be tipped. This explanation excerpt wasn't written for Nigeria let's be watchful of what we copy and paste here as conditions aren't always the same for places they were written for. |

NOT TRUE........ The only thing the pump "return line" handles is VAPOR. It would probably be illegal for fuel stations to snatch fuel back after it has been paid for. |

Also only fill up your car or truck in the early morning when the ground temperature is still cold. Remember that all service stations have their storage tanks buried below ground. The colder the ground the more dense the petrol, when it gets warmer petrol expands, so buying in the afternoon or in the evening....your liter is not exactly a liter The colder the ground the more dense the petrol, also when the truck just delivered, don't pump petrol as ur car may carry dirts, nice tips overall |
