How True! I totally agree with this portion of your post above!

People always ask me if they could trim and reduce just their
belly fat alone and I always tell them No, you can't do
that.

Research has shown that you CANNOT isolate one portion
of your body to trim down. So no matter the fact that
you may be slim but still have tyres around your
belly, you STILL need to do a Total fat reduction
before your belly can be reduced!
