The lawyer ought to have asked for 10% of the fund as his legal fees which appears reasonable. And also, how come $320m is 40% of $550m, Vanguard Newspaper no sabi maths again? 3 Likes |

I can remember almost half of that money was returned back to Nigeria from switzerland about a week before Buhari and co made that statement so don't attempt to rewrite history for us. Even lie mohammed who was the national publicity secretary of the then Action Congress berated Buhari for making such a ridiculous statement Bros, na wa 4 u o 2 Likes |

nijanigga: In every sphere of life you find them Igbo people drive a heartless bargain. Business is never successful/sweet until they've cheated & scammed the counterparty. This man's actions has shown everybody how wicked, selfish, and mercenary the average IPOB is. That's why they are all over the globe peddling and trafficking drugs & fake products. 5 Likes |

That is how God will continue defeating all enemies of Nigeria one by one e.g, (Ipob, Massob, Niger delta avengers, Boko haram, Fulani herdsmen). 2 Likes 1 Share |

We were told that 'Mr. Nnaka was recruited in 2004 by the Nigerian government to recover funds stolen by late dictator Sani Abacha. He had instituted a case in a U.S. district court seeking 40 per cent of the recovered loot. Nnaka claimed that he was kicked out of the fund recovery case after he had spent money and time to find and recover the funds.' But 'Justice John D. Bates, in dismissing Nnaka’s case, held the claimant was not entitled to such payment since he was not a party to the forfeiture case filed by the US Department of Justice in conjunction with Nigeria.' Nnaka the rougue was not even party to the forfeiture case. I urge Attorneys in the USA of Nigerian decent to aggressively pursue the disbarment of this man. In the meantime, he is well advised to remain in exile. We dey wait for am for our borders. nansense |
