First of all, the dimension of your drawing is not readable and secondly, you need to give specification of some of the materials you will use. For example; type of roofing sheet, type of floor and ceiling finishes, choice of windows and doors, electrical installations, plumbing installations etc. Any figure you will get here without quantification of materials and labour with regard to your drawing is just guess-work and speculation, except if that's what you are looking for. Even at that, if you need an estimate based on previously conducted projects (archive of well documented cost data of completed projects), you will still need to allow for cost indices in order to arrive at a very accurate estimate, which will not be more than or less than 5% of the actual cost you will expend.
