What do you expect when they have idiots who will shield them while screaming 16 years of PDP rot.

Which State Civil service is not corrupt in Nigeria? But compared to other states,Lagos is at least making progress. Corruption is an endemic in the whole Nigerian system so Lagos state cannot be an exception but Lagos state compared to other states is still fulfilling part of its social responsibilities to her people.
