The guy whose pictures are being displayed is a noturious fraudster. He goes about impersonating as a military personel by the name Kehinde Balogun Raymond. He specializes in collecting valueable items from his victims. He operates by becoming a friend to his victims and getting them to trust him after which he dupes them of their valueables and changes his location and simcards. The general public are here by adviced to be alert. His real name is Aliu Shuaibu. Many have fallen victim.
