There was excitement in Assisi, Italy when the Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi met with Pope Francis and anout 450 other religious leaders for the World Day of Prayer for Peace. It was a three-day event that ended on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 and organised to bring religious leaders from different faiths together in order to pray for the peace of the world.
