1. the enforcement of a law does not depend on the feelings of the subjects. that Amnon hated Tamar would not have stopped the law from being enforced. the prerogative lied with David in this case, the feelings of Am non irrespective. that it was not enforced was because David chose not to.

I am looking on the atheistic and theistic approach towards morality.

I suggested to him in an ATHEISTIC approach of morality and not as a theist!

A theist will find problem with my suggestion, because of his belief in objective morality, but that's not the case for an average atheist. Because objective morality is just an illusion to them.

Apparently most theist now believe atheist have no morality, forgetting the fact that human morality precedes religion, and even shapes it. Just like slavery, incest and misogyny were seen as okay in the past, people that wrote the bible saw it as okay. Because human morality progresses with time. Just like the Mayans thought sacrificing people to their Gods were morally sound. So morality and religion are not the same. Now to answer your question about why i consider bestiality bad, first off,
- an animal cannot give consent, since they are unintelligent compared to human standard.
- bestiality could causes cancer and a host of other diseases to the human
-physical harm to both animal and humans
