Former Plateau state Governor and current Senator representing Plateau Central in the upper legislative chamber, Senator Joshua Dariye on Thursday decamped from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Senator Dariye announced his decision during Thursday’s plenary.

His defection was announced on the floor of the Senate by Senate President Bukola Saraki.

Reports had it that Dariye who gave his reasons for decamping the Opposition party said his supporters have all abandoned the party which he claims is in crisis.

Simple reason for decamping,all APC members are corruption free and when u decamp to APC your corruption allegations and/or trial are as good as being settled.Its well

Was he accepted in APC?

Has he registered in his ward and been issued with membership card?

Will he start using the jingle "16 years of PDP ruined Nigeria" now that he is free to roam.

Is Buhari and Obasanjo aware of this development?

Was Patience Jonathan told to decamp to APC and she refused?

Imagine the lame excuse the cvnt head senator gave for decamping.. Nigerians are in deep shit with these type of career politicians that are after their personal welfare and not their constituents! APC and PDP are one and same!

This is what happens when parties don't have an ideology
For example:
I doubt you'd see a democrat who believes in government regulated healthcare, anti torture, pro women's rights, etc decamp to the GOP (Republican party) which has the complete opposite values. Even if he 'loses his supporters', he'd rather fight for relevance in his party than decamp to one that has ideologies opposite to his own personal values
