that school is probably one of many he instituted up north! but their leaders abi na rulers can't seem to apply themselves to the cause since they don't see how it favours them. An educated lower class will see them loosing their tools, grip and control on the wider populace, hence they keep them mostly uneducated and disenfranchised! it's a pity though!
