According to report at about 5am this morning a man was caught at Ibiam Street in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State while trying to steal a flat screen TV from a football viewing centre. His hand was chopped off by a mob. The guys who chopped off the man's hand are yet to be traced , and according to report the police are still investigating the incident http://www.klannyblog.com/2016/09/a-mans-hand-was-chopped-off-while.html
