Please I need urgent help, I logged into my npower account to write the text. And dey are asking me to change password before i proceed. .i don't understand why ad d passwords I can remember isn't working. Please wat shld i do.. ..

I register on 13 June and got application reference today being assessment day i try all name's
but still invalid am quite sure my phone no, i try to reset by using either email or username no feedback. Or is it because of crash? If you are
