This soft drink complete production line has fine performance and every technical specification both reached
the EU standard. Its characteristic is convenient to operate, suitable for the sugar, water and carbon dioxide gas that according to the proportion mix. It can fill the bottles in one time, and the daily output may reach 12,000 bottles for 8/hr a day operation or 24,000 bottles for 16/hr a day operation. Conforms to the soft drink production standard and the hygienic request, the area (2sqm) structure only is reasonably compact and with simple operation so that is easy to installment.

Overview: Soft drink mixers are the main equipment for the production of soft drinks and its principle role is to deal with the clean-off by the piston pump chilled water pressure into the mixing drum, the pressure inside must have to maintain the carbon dioxide gas. Chilled water is absorbed carbon dioxide gas in the pressure spray then form carbonic water.
Add the right amount of syrup liquid/powder in carbonic water, also called soft drinks. Carbonic water are important components of the local production of soft drinks, It has a great relationship between the quality of mixed soft drink (that is, with the number of gas volume) and soft drink products, Ice Tea products, energy drinks, carbonated drinks in 100s of flavors etc

The PET bottle blowing machine have capacity to make 1200 per hour, the auto-label machine have capacity of 40 bottle per minutes(2400).

Another advantage is that this machine work as a combine cycle mode and can produce soft drinks with both powder flavor and liquid flavor at the same time( with the machine the owner can produce all type of soft drinks, energy drinks, Ice tea, carbonated flavored juice etc)
**We will provide the buyer with all soft drink recipe, operational manual and video installation manual, as well as supply the owner with list of companies to by PET preforms at $0.004-0.006 for but 16g and 28g, and caps

this machine cost only $69,170 or 10,508,700 Naira, the buyer will beak-even on his investment in maximum 30-45 days of operation.

We also did a feasibility study that show that the daily revenue with this machine is from 1.440,000 naira to 1.920,000 naira based on wholesale price of 60-80 naira per 1l-1.5l bottles of soft drink, and a yearly revenue of 518,000,000 naira to 691,200,000 naira based on the above wholesale price.

Nice stuff you have here. Do you have the line for polythene and plastic bottle production? what i mean in essence is a line for the production of what we popularly call waterproof bags, pure water bags, bottle water/drinks container,etc.
